1. What is my username?
   
   Answer: Your username has been set up to match your UT Net Id or ORNL Email Id. If you do not know your username, please go to http://www.foodsafe.tennessee.edu/people/list.asp and look up your name. Your username will be in the column next to your name.

2. I went to /people/list.asp but could not find my name nor username? Why is it so?
   
   Answer: If your name nor username is not there in the list, then your entry is not there in the database. If you believe that this is a mistake, please email foodsafe@tennessee.edu.

3. I have forgotten my username? What should I do?
   
   Answer: If you have forgotten your username, please go to http://www.foodsafe.tennessee.edu/people/list.asp and look up your name. Your username will be in the column next to your name.

4. I want a different username? What should I do?
   
   Answer: If you would like a different username, please email foodsafe@tennessee.edu.

5. What is my password?
   
   Answer: Your password for the FSCoE Personnel Database is DIFFERENT from UT Net Id password or ORNL password. If you have forgotten your password, you can have it e-mailed to you by clicking here: http://www.foodsafe.tennessee.edu/people/RetrievePass.asp.

6. How can I change my password?
   
   Answer: To change your password, please go to http://www.foodsafe.tennessee.edu/people/login.asp and login using your username and password.

7. I have forgotten my password. What should I do?
   
   Answer: If you have forgotten your password, you can have it e-mailed to you by clicking here: http://www.foodsafe.tennessee.edu/people/RetrievePass.asp.

8. How do I view my Personnel Profile?
   
   Answer: To view your Personnel Profile, please go to http://www.foodsafe.tennessee.edu/people/list.asp and then click on your name. You can also view your Personnel Profile by pointing to http://www.foodsafe.tennessee.edu/people/e.asp?u=username where "username" is replaced by your corresponding username.

9. How do I update my Personnel Profile?
   
   Answer: To update your Personnel Profile, please go to http://www.foodsafe.tennessee.edu/people/login.asp and login using your username and password. Please note that your username and password is different from your UT Net Id or ORNL username and password. This is an independent database. However, the usernames have been set up to match your UT Net Id or ORNL Email Id.
