UTFSCOE Scientist Named Fellow of the Institute of Food Technologists.

Dr. P. Michael Davidson KNOXVILLE, August 14, 2003 — Dr. P. Michael Davidson, a scientist in the UT Food Safety Center of Excellence and professor in the Department of Food Science & Technology, was named Fellow of the Institute of Food Technologists, the professional society for food science and technology consisting of over 28,000 members.
