retailers regarding irradiated red meat products (USDA National Research
Initiative-$110,000)

- Currently working on a web-based graduate
course in Advanced Agribusiness Marketing and have authored agribusiness
case studies for the Internet (past funding by USDA Higher Education
Challenge Grants)

Initiative Grants and have served in three symposia coordinated by
the Markets and Trade Program Manager on how to write successful NRI
proposals.
